Oregon continues to be widely affected by drought conditions. The Pasture Rangeland and Forage Program, PRF, can help cattle and hay producers.

In Oregon 1,705,997 people are affected by drought, 23 counties with a USDA disaster designation and 2022 is the 45th driest year in the past 128 years.

In 2022 14,603,087 acres were enrolled in the Pasture Rangeland and Forage Program. So far there are $27,662,652 indemnities paid through the Jun/Jul interval.
